Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser was joined by the First Lady Michelle Obama in congratulating the winner of this year's WISE Prize for Education, Dr. Sakena Yacoobi. In awarding the Prize, Her Highness said: 'This year’s Laureate is distinguished by her determination to bring education to her fellow citizens in the most adverse conditions of war and occupation.'
